E. Tillotson Obituary (1919 - 2013)

Sarah E. Tillotson, age 93, of rural St. Marys, passed away early Tuesday morning at Wesley the Village in Indianola. She grew up around the Ackworth and Beech communities; the daughter of Elmer and Mabel (Septer) Conklin and sister to Ada Catherine and Joseph Clyde.. Sarah and her husband Arlie and son Keith Miller farmed and raised cattle on their farm just North of St. Marys, Iowa.. Preceding in death were her husbands ,Vernon Miller in 1940 and Arlie Tillotson in 2000; infant daughter Karen Kay in 1948 and son Keith in 2006. Several cousins survive. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2013 at Peterson's Funeral Home, 602 E. Salem, Indianola, Iowa. Friends and family are welcome to her visitation from 9:00 11:00 a.m. Friday prior to her funeral. Interment will follow in Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
