Bree Stanton Obituary (1917 - 2012)

Harrylee Stanton passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Taylor House in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Peterson Funeral Home in Carlisle. Visitation with family will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm. at the funeral home. Harry was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 30, 1917 to Harry and Lena Stanton. Harry grew up in the Runnells area and graduated from East High School. Harry worked for 30 years for the Railroad Company and later farmed upon retirement. Harry is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley of Hartford; Daughter Sherelyn Wilson of Hartford; Son Terry Stanton of Hartford; Grandchildren Leland Wilson, Landon Wilson, Valeria(Michael)Owrey, Eric Stanton and Shawn Stanton; Great Grandchildren Thomas Owrey, Inzeleynn Owrey, Gabriel Owrey, Fynnegan Wilson and Piper Jo Wilson.
